Take Charge of Your Health
Workshop Series

This workshop series was designed for those of us that have no idea how we got to this place/level of un-healthiness.  The intention of the workshop is to provide greater self-awareness and empowerment toward our control of our own overall health. 

There are usually a number of contributing factors to our health state and thus, a number of “things” we can do to get back on track. Getting back on track doesn’t have to be hard but we do have to look inward to find some of the answers.  Looking inward doesn’t have to be hard either but might bring up some “stuff” that we have long left behind.

By putting some time into ourselves, and doing some investigation and considering where we are in the 5 areas of health, greater health and vitality will find us.  We will talk about the Pyramid of Health and how interconnected it is and how we can make it stronger by making modifications, whether big or small, to our daily living behaviors, thoughts and goals.

Each week we will explore one corner of the Pyramid of Health (or one of the five aspects of health). In between classes, you will have investigative exercises that will deepen your understanding of yourself, where you are and what you are willing or not willing to do to achieve your health goals.
